Trial/Returns

Accessories is a non-returnable product.
No trial policy is applicable to the accessories which includes Weighted Blanket, Reversible Comforter, Mattress Protector, Sleepycat pillows and pillow cases.

A replacement will be accepted only if incase there is damage or defect to the product during delivery. Please ensure you keep the original box incase of a replacement.

In case of receiving a damaged product please inform our customer service team within 3 days of product delivery by calling us on +91 85880 52247 or send us an email to info@sleepycat.in

1. A brief description of the alleged defect.
2. Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
3. A photo documenting the alleged defect.

If there are any cancellations or size changes after dispatch of the order, a fee for logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand.

Warranty

All SleepyCat accessories come with 1 year limited warranty which begins at the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only, resulting from defective material or workmanship in the product you have purchased.

The warranty does not cover

1. Any SleepyCat accessory purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted or anyway not in possession of the original owner.
2. Any SleepyCat accessory purchased from a non-authorized SleepyCat distributor

Care

Memory Foam Pillow

You can machine wash the cover on a warm cycle. DO NOT wash the foam. Bending the pillow or its corners in any circumstance is not recommended and might damage the foam. Always protect the pillow from water and other liquids.

Cloud Pillow

Can be machine washed separately with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned. Do not Iron. Push all four corners towards the centre from time to time to maintain the plush of the pillow.

Cuddle Pillow

Can be machine washed separately with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned. Do not Iron. Use with a cover to keep clean for longer periods

Protector

Hand or machine wash the cover with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Do NOT iron, bleach or dry clean.

Comforter

Can be machine washed separately with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned. Do not Iron. Can be used with a cover, corners have loops to keep the comforter in place inside a cover

Pillow case

Can be machine washed separately with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned. Can be Ironed on low heat.

Weighted Blanket

Must only be hand washed or dry cleaned ONLY.  Do NOT machine wash, iron or bleach. Always protect the blanket from water and other liquids.
