Delivery Policy & Shipping Speeds
We have different shipping speeds and delivery timelines depending on product availability and area pincode.
Here’s how you can find out if your desired product & pincode is eligible for express delivery –
- Head to your desired product page
- Choose the product size
- Enter your 6-digit pincode in express delivery section & press ‘GO’
- Delivery timelines will be shown based on the stock and is subject to availability

Please note express delivery is subject to the following T&C –
- 72-hour Delivery is available in select pincodes in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore & Kolkata
- For a customized mattress exclusively manufactured for you, it might take slightly longer
- Any or all orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day
- In case your area pincode is not eligible for 72-hour delivery, your orders will be delivered within the standard delivery range of 7-10 working days. Please note this does not include holidays and sale days
- For a customized mattress exclusively manufactured for you, it might take slightly longer
- For Ohayo bed, the product will be delivered within 14 days of order placement.
- Please be assured we will notify you of any delays in delivery
