Warranty
Sleepycat provides a 2-year Warranty for this product, applicable only for manufacturing defects. During this period, Sleepycat will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any component, or replace the entire product if found defective in material or workmanship.

Fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers, if used, are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to care instructions for maintaining the life of these materials.
- This warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from:
- Inadequate maintenance
- Mishandling or negligence
- Excessive loading
- Regular wear and tear from usage
- Natural variations in materials such as wood or fabric
Sleepycat’s decision will be final with respect to the nature of the defect and the applicability of the warranty.
Note:
- Minimal variation in color and finish of products may occur over time.
- Minimal variation in dimensions up to 6mm in non-upholstered products is considered acceptable due to the natural properties of wood.
- This product is intended for residential use only. Usage beyond this will void the warranty.

Termite and fungus damage is not covered under warranty.
- This warranty does not cover electrical components, if used.
