Warranty

Sleepycat provides a 2-year Warranty for this product, applicable only for manufacturing defects. During this period, Sleepycat will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any component, or replace the entire product if found defective in material or workmanship.

• Fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers, if used, are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to care instructions for maintaining the life of these materials.
• This warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from:
  • Inadequate maintenance
  • Mishandling or negligence
  • Excessive loading
  • Regular wear and tear from usage
  • Natural variations in materials such as wood or fabric
  Sleepycat’s decision will be final with respect to the nature of the defect and the applicability of the warranty.

Note:

• Minimal variation in color and finish of products may occur over time.
• Minimal variation in dimensions up to 6mm in non-upholstered products is considered acceptable due to the natural properties of wood.
• This product is intended for residential use only. Usage beyond this will void the warranty.
• Termite and fungus damage is not covered under warranty.
• This warranty does not cover electrical components, if used.
