Warranty

Sleepycat provides a 2-year Warranty for this product for manufacturing defects only. During this period, Sleepycat will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide a substitute for any component, or replace the entire product if found to be defective in material or workmanship.

• Fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers, if used, are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to the care instructions to maximize the life of these materials.
• This warranty does not cover damages or defects arising from:
  • Inadequate maintenance of the product
  • Mishandling
  • Excessive loading
  • Negligence in usage
  • Wear and tear due to regular usage
  • Variations due to natural characteristics of the materials used
  Sleepycat’s decision shall be final regarding the nature of the defect and applicability of the warranty.

Note:

• There may be minor variations in color and finish of the products over time.
• There may be dimension variations up to 6mm in non-upholstered products due to natural wood.
• This product is designed for residential use only. Usage beyond this purpose will void the warranty.
• Termite and fungus damage is not covered under warranty.
• This warranty does not cover electrical components, if any are used.
