Warranty Terms
Sleepycat provides a 1 year Warranty for this product which covers the structure, mechanism, and foam for any manufacturing defect. During this period, Sleepycat will, in its sole discretion, repair, replace, provide a substitute for any component, or replace the entire product if found to be defective in material or workmanship.
- Foams will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This is considered normal wear and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect. If the change in foam shape is deemed excessive by Sleepycat, the warranty will be applicable.
- Fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers, if used, are not covered under this warranty unless explicitly mentioned. Refer to care instructions for maintaining these materials.
- Any modifications or alterations made post purchase are not recommended and will void the entire warranty.
- The leatherette in recliners is not covered under warranty for 12 months.
Note:
- There may be slight differences in fabric color between images and actual product due to screen calibration and resolution differences.
- Dimension mismatches up to 12mm in upholstered products and 6mm in non-upholstered products are acceptable.
- This product is intended for residential use only. Warranty will be void if used outside a residential setting.

Termite and fungus damage are not covered under warranty.
- This warranty does not extend to electrical components.
