Baby mattress is a non-returnable product.

No trial policy is applicable on the Baby Mattress.
- If there are any cancellations after dispatch of the order, a fee for logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand.
Warranty
The 1-year limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and is valid for 1 year.
In case of a manufacturing defect within the first year, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with a then-current comparable model and size. If a repair is not possible after the first year, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be provided, meaning the credit value decreases with each year of ownership. For hygiene, it is recommended to replace mattresses every few years.

The warranty covers

Visible indentation or sagging greater than 2.54cm (1 inch) not caused by improper usage or unsupported bed base.
- A manufacturing defect in the zipper (not caused by mishandling).

Physical defects in material or workmanship, as described in this warranty.

Note: ±15 mm variation in length, width, or thickness is within tolerance limits and may vary based on individual measurement points (e.g., from mattress center).
The warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear or improper use of the mattress.

Cosmetic flaws and minor imperfections.

Stains, burns, tears, discoloration over time or caused by misuse.

Indentations less than 2.54cm (1 inch).

Comfort preferences such as softness or firmness.

Resold, gifted, or used mattresses not in possession of original purchaser.
- Mattresses purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Physical damage caused by the customer.

Allergies or sensitivities to materials or fabric.
- Damage caused by animals, rodents, or children.

Natural aromas from materials such as foam or cotton.

Softening of foam over time not affecting performance.
Care Instructions

Cover: Hand or machine wash in warm or cold water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.

High Density Foam: Not washable. Avoid water contact. Keep the foam dry to maintain its structure. Do not bend the mattress as it may damage the foam.
