Refunds and Returns

  • Ohayo bed is a non-returnable product. However, replacement within 7 days is applicable in the following cases:
    • Product is damaged
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Incomplete bed base or missing parts
    • Incorrect product received
  • The 7-day replacement window starts from the date of product delivery as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.
  • Please send 2 images – one of the damaged part and one showing the entire product – to help us assess the reason for replacement.
  • The replacement product must be returned in original packaging and condition, with all tags, peripherals, freebies, and accessories intact.
  • SleepyCat’s Easy Replacement Policy is hassle-free. Once validated, we will arrange a pickup. Just ensure timely sharing of the required product images.
  • Items cannot be replaced for any reason other than:
    • Damage
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Expired product
    • Incorrect product

Warranty

The warranty covers

  • The Ohayo bed base comes with a 6-month warranty covering:
    • Deformation of wood
    • Cracks or joint issues arising from joinery

The warranty does not cover

  • Damages from use beyond the product's intended purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear during product usage.
  • Issues from seasonal climate variations, such as:
    • Contraction and expansion of hardwood
    • Natural splits and joint openings (warranty limited to 6 months)
  • Natural wood characteristics are not considered defects.

Care Instructions

  • Keep the bed away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.
  • Avoid placing hot items like candles, irons, or hot utensils directly on the bed surface.
  • Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean. Avoid rough rags or heavy pressure to prevent scratches.
  • In case of spills, blot instead of wiping to protect the polish.
  • Keep away from damp walls to prevent moisture damage. If moisture is present, wipe promptly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
  • Pro Tip: Mix a mild solution of water and dishwashing soap. Dip a soft cloth, wring it out, and wipe gently. Do not saturate the wood. Rinse the cloth often.
