This policy applies to select SleepyCat pillows and ErgoVerse products. Use at home, at work, or on the go — and return/exchange within 7 days if it’s not right for you.

The 7-day free trial applies to the following:
- SleepyCat Pillows
- ErgoVerse ergonomic products
How the 7-Day Trial Works
- Your trial starts from the day of delivery.
- You have 7 days to evaluate the product.
- If you're satisfied — keep it.
- If not — initiate a return or exchange within the trial window.
Return Condition Guidelines
To be eligible for return/exchange, products must be returned in an as-good-as-new condition. Specifically:
- Product should be free from visible damage or stains.
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage may not be eligible for return/exchange.
- This policy helps ensure hygiene and quality for all customers.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
- Email info@sleepycat.in or call +91 85880 52247 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID and clear images of the product — images are used solely to verify eligibility.
- Our team will confirm applicability and arrange pickup if the return/exchange is approved.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after successful pickup.
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
- If payment was in cash, you may provide bank account details to info@sleepycat.in and we will initiate a bank transfer (processed within 5 working days).
