Pet Bed is a non-returnable product.
No trial policy is applicable on the Pet Bed

If there are any cancellations after dispatch of the order, a fee for logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand.

Warranty

Both original and orthopaedic come with 1 year limited warranty which begins at the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only, resulting from defective material or workmanship in the product you have purchased.

1. A brief description of the alleged defect.
2. Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
3. A photo documenting the alleged defect.

The Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Any SleepyCat pet bed purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted or anyway not in possession of the original owner.
2. Any SleepyCat pet bed purchased from a non-authorized SleepyCat distributor

Care

Pet Bed Original

You can hand or machine wash the cover with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Do NOT iron or bleach. Can be dry clean. DO NOT wash the inner bag of foam and polyfill. Always protect the inner bag from water and other liquids.

Pet Bed Orthopedic

You can hand or machine wash the cover with warm or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use low heat and tumble dry. Do NOT iron or bleach. Can be dry clean. DO NOT wash the foam. Bending the foam or its corners in any circumstance is not recommended and might damage the foam. Always protect the foam from water and other liquids.
