Pet Bed is a non-returnable product.

No trial policy is applicable on the Pet Bed.
- If there are any cancellations after dispatch of the order, a logistics fee will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand.
Warranty
Both Original and Orthopaedic Pet Beds come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects resulting from defective material or workmanship.
If you receive a damaged product, please inform our customer service team within 3 days of delivery by calling +91 85880 52247 or emailing info@sleepycat.in.
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:
- A brief description of the alleged defect.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
- A photo documenting the alleged defect.
If there are any cancellations or size changes after dispatch, a logistics fee will apply depending on the situation.
The warranty does not cover
- Pet beds purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted, or not in possession of the original owner.
- Pet beds purchased from a non-authorized SleepyCat distributor.
Care Instructions
Pet Bed Original
- Hand or machine wash the cover in warm or cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Do NOT iron or bleach. Dry cleaning is allowed.

Do NOT wash the inner bag of foam and polyfill.
- Always protect the inner bag from water and other liquids.
Pet Bed Orthopaedic
- Hand or machine wash the cover in warm or cold water on a gentle cycle.

- Do NOT iron or bleach. Dry cleaning is allowed.

- Avoid bending the foam or corners as it may cause damage.
