As for the, Cloud and Cuddle pillows, they can take upto 12 hours to uncompress. We suggest you to fluff the pillows by pressing the corners to the center and straighten them to allow air to pass through during the process of uncompressing.

You can machine wash the SleepyCat Cloud, Cuddle and Slim pillows on a gentle cycle. To wahs the hybrid pillow, remove the memory foam insert and toss the microfibre casing for a light wash. As for our Memory Foam Pillows - Standard and Contour (CoolTEC™ and SoftTouch), you can simply remove the cover and give it for a quick clean in the machine.

Opt for pillow covers sized 18'×28" for our Cloud and Standard Memory Foam (CoolTEC™ and SoftTouch) Pillows. For SleepyCat Cuddle Pillow, the cover size is 20"×52".

Yes. Since, it's a 4-foot long support pillow, you can use it as a pregnancy pillow too.

Unfortunately, no. We only custom sizes for our mattresses. You can get our Cloud, Slim, Hybrid in standard and president sizes. Our Standard Memory Foam pillows (CoolTEC™ and SoftTouch) are avilable in standard, president and contour sizes.

We try our best to deliver within 7-10 working days, ensuring your order reaches you as fast as it can. However, you need additional expedition, we will have to ship your order by air, which will cost extra depending on your location and the product in question.

For cancellation requests, you will need to drop in an email to us at info@sleepycat.in. Please mention the reason for cancellation in your mail and we promise our team will look into the matter as soon as possible. In case your order has been shipped, any cancellation requests will not be fulfilled. If there are size changes or other changes in the order after the it is in transit, a fee for the logistics will be charged to you depending upon the product, the location and the case at hand.

Our delivery timelines are entirely dependent on the products and the shipping pincodes. For most pin codes, delivery can take up to 7-10 days. For customised mattress, deliveries can take longer (we will notify you of the timeline). For regular orders, you can also check estimated delivery times on our product page by entering your pin code.

Nope. Shipping is absolutely free! You only have to pay extra in case of special requests e.g., delivery via airmail.

Once the product is picked up, the refund will be issued. It can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

We've made unboxing a lot of fun! Once you're done with that though, 90% of your SleepyCat mattress would take its shape and can be used right away if you want. However, if you want to use at its 100%, wait an additional 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully expand. Please note - If you have chosen the Hybrid Latex model, please wait up to 48-72 hours before using it.

If the mattress you want to buy has a "Custom" option under the size selection option, it means you can select a custom size. In this case, we can customise your SleepyCat mattress as per your required length and width. However, we do not offer customisations when it comes to the height. Here's what you have to do to place a custom size mattress order: 1. Go to your chosen mattress page and select category marked "CUSTOM". 2. Add your desired Length and Width in inches. 3. Choose the quantity of mattresses you require in that order and press "Add to Cart". Please note - the 10o-Nights Free Trial is not applicable on custom sizes. All of our mattresses come with a 10-year warranty. That said, the duration of their lifespan depends on how well you maintain your mattress. We suggest changing your mattress every 8-10 years for hygiene issues.

The SleepyCat Dgo Bed is splash proof, so you can simply wipe off any spills as soon as they happen. Dab at any wet spots lightly with a tissue or microfiber cloth. Do not rub. However, if the liquid is viscous, or allowed to stay on the fabric, it will seep through. Which is why our dog beds come with a removable cover that you can simply throw in the wash. Easy!

The first part's easy. Grab a measuring tape, and then try to keep your furry friend still (good luck!), and measure their spine. Add 25.4cm (10 inches) to it. That's it! Spine length + 25.4cm (10 inches) is the starting size, or minimum size of the bed that would be suitable. If you're still unsure, we recommend sizing up.
