For missing/damage/undelivered items the customer has to reach out to us in 48hrs with below docs/proofs.
  1. Shipment label image.
  2. Shipment Invoice Image.
  3. Outer Packaging Images.
  4. Image of the Item Received. ( Damage/ wrong/missing items in case of multiple items ordered )
  5. Packaging Video showing label image clearly as well.
  6. Unboxing Video.
